These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the digital loyalty passes provided by Vernos ("we", "us", or "our") on behalf of participating businesses. By downloading and using the digital pass, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.1 By downloading and using the digital pass provided by Vernos, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not download or use the digital pass.

2.1 The digital pass is issued by Vernos on behalf of a participating business and is intended to allow you to accrue loyalty rewards and access offers as determined by that business. Vernos acts as the technical provider of the pass and is not responsible for the rewards, offers or policies set by the participating business.

3.1 The digital pass is for your personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other individual.

3.2 You agree to present the digital pass to the participating business for scanning in order to accrue rewards or redeem offers.

3.3 Any misuse of the digital pass, including tampering, alteration, or reproduction, may result in immediate termination of your access to the pass and may be subject to legal action.

4.1 Rewards are accrued by presenting the digital pass for scanning at a participating business. The terms and conditions for accruing and redeeming rewards are determined solely by the participating business, not by Vernos.

4.2 Vernos does not guarantee the availability, quality, or accuracy of any rewards or offers provided by participating businesses.

5.1 Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and process your personal data. The business whose pass you use is the data controller for your loyalty data; Vernos processes it on their behalf.

6.1 Vernos shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of the digital pass, including any errors or inaccuracies in the pass information, or from the acts or omissions of the participating business.

7.1 Vernos reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the digital pass following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

8.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
